This was the second time I've bought from SofaSofa. The first sofas, many years ago were top notch and lasted forever.
The sofas I ordered this time, again, were beautifully made, but sadly, not right for me and I opted to return them under the 21 day return promise.
The company were exceptional from start to finish and true to their word, there was no quibble, just an efficient collection by their cheerful delivery men and a very quick, full refund. Would definitely be back if there was a little more choice in more modern styles.

Agree fully with the previous review about the Agatha sofa. Loved the style but don’t enjoy sitting on concrete. I can’t even give it away! I have persevered for 4 months. It is so uncomfortable. I have previously purchased from sofa sofa and been very happy. It was delivered and l went on holiday so was out of time to return. In fairness I was offered an exchange, but didn’t like any other style.
Can’t wait dump it - disaster

We had my sofa and chairs delivered today and they are of the highest quality of workman ship. From order to delivery was only 2 weeks and the product is top quality. I wish I had gone to Sofa Sofa first before having to reject and cancel a damaged sofa and get a refund from those cowboys at DFS. Thank You Sofa Sofa the Thomas family.

Bought a sofa recently from them (June 2022) the colour and style I love. I have bought from them before and my last sofa lasted years.
My sofa was delivered on time by two very curtious men. The problem started as soon as we took off the plastic covering, the smell of foam and chemicals knocked you off your feet. Eyes watering, coughing, etc. I have experienced foam smells before and they usually dissappear after a good airing within a couple of days. But this is lingering even after a week of full airing, its in a garden room that has bifolds so we are opening them in the morning and shutting at night. I would have thought it should have disappeared completely by now. Have you any suggestions on how to get rid of the smell that has permeated the material.? I have checked online but don't like the suggestions given. I suppose the only answer is time. Thank god we are lucky enough to be able to have a room to air it in.
Other than that so far all OK.

This was the first time we have used SofaSofa. Experience from start to finish was superb. First class customer service contact & the delivery was right on time. The product was exactly as promised. Delighted all round.

I ordered a sofa on a weekend & it was delivered 8 days later.

From ordering to delivery the service has been absolutely brilliant.

I made sure that the loose covers are washable & have had to put them in the washing machine due to dog paw marks. They came out brilliantly. All this from a budget priced sofa ?.

What a fabulous company to deal with and beautifully made furniture.
Ran the risk of ordering without seeing suite in person as showroom was almost a 3 hour drive away. I was given advice as the coordinating pieces which looked fine online, would not have matched in reality. I took the advice that I was given and have just taken delivery of the most stunning suite. SofaSofa were even helpful in postponing my delivery by 7 weeks as we had hit a snag with building work and weren’t ready to receive brand new furniture into what then, was a building site. Not only did they store the furniture but then delivered on a day and time to suit me. Even the delivery guys were amazing and negotiated doorways and hall without catching a single door frame, door or wall and placed furniture exactly where is was needed.
Would highly recommend this company and they are guaranteed all future business from me. In a world where you don’t often get the service you pay for SofaSofa are second to non.

Ordered Agatha sofa in Orly Blue a few months ago , based on online pictures. It's beautiful and stylish but very uncomfortable. Shame on me for not getting in touch with th company within the 21day exchange period (didn't realise it was a thing with made to order products). Now I'm stuck with a sofa that no one likes to sit on, as seats are too deep (feet dangling in air), back is sloping (no support for shoulders) and seat cushions sink in when sitting anywhere in the middle.
I'm only cross with myself for not being informed enough to know about the exchange.

I ordered a pair of sofas custom made as I wanted a different colour to those advertised. They are well made and delivery went well. But if you are elderly or suffer with back problems (as I do) please be aware that there is no back support (even custions were not enough in my case) and it is difficult to get out of the sofa. Chairs are probably better. My pair of beautiful sofas will probably end up being donated to charity as I am unable to use them.
